Practice mindful movement and meditation (aka MMM… Yoga!) at SMUSH. Come as you are, and enjoy a slow, gentle yoga practice to help you ground into the present moment and find inner peace.

Led by Rachelle, MMM... Yoga! emphasizes agency and moving at your own pace. Variations are consistently offered to accommodate all levels of experience and ability. This class is open level - all are welcome.

BYO yoga mat encouraged - only a couple of mats are available on site. Dress comfortably and bring any materials that may support you, such as a journal and writing utensil, blocks, blankets, fidgets, et cetera.
