Winter Residency: Anne Tantuico
Performing artist and creator Anne Tantuico is returning to her home state of NJ for a winter residency at SMUSH!

Anne, a SMUSH Spring 2024 Dance Fellow, will continue researching and developing their work in progress, “Are You at a Crossroad?” with collaborators Sarah Liebau and Gem Tantuico, using rigor and repetition as a physical palate cleanser and discovering what remains. Pulling from phrase work developed at Subcircle Residency (Maine) in June 2025, the dancers find checkpoints for themselves, reflect on personally pivotal moments, and ask the question “is this good?”
